涟钢的高炉喷煤起步于1996年,目前已达到110kg/tFe的水平,创造了可观的经济效益。但是,随着喷煤量的增加,喷煤所带来的一些不利因素也愈显严重,特别是喷吹量增加,理论燃烧温度降低,从而对高炉顺行产生不利影响。据资料介绍和众多厂家实践证明,高炉富氧是进行热补偿的最有效措施。而涟钢制氧厂氧气生产有富余,特别是转炉生产不均衡时,从而使氧气有较大放散。涟钢的领导和有关部门把放散氧的利用和喷煤量的增加两者综合考虑,提出了高炉富氧的初步方案。在方案实施前,笔者对其经济性和相关问题进行初步的探讨。
