目的探讨咽部病变螺旋CT检查的低剂量最佳条件。方法征得20例病人同意,分别于会厌尖平面行10mm层厚,10mm间隔,120kV,200mA、100mA、50mA、25mA的螺旋CT扫描,共采集2层,所有数据重组为2.5mm层厚、1.3mm间隔的影像,由4位经过对影像质量评价标准统一认识的放射科医师分别对影像质量进行盲法评分,探讨在保证影像质量基础上的最佳低剂量扫描条件。结果选择10mm层厚、10mm间隔、120kV,50mA作为低剂量扫描的最佳扫描条件。结论120kV,50mA低剂量扫描既可保证咽部病变的影像质量,又可降低病人的曝光剂量。
Objective To investigate the best condition of low-dose spiral CT for pharyngeal lesions. Methods Totally 20 patients were enrolled. Two layers were collected on a 10mm slice, 10mm interval, 120kV, 200mA, 100mA, 50mA and 25mA spiral CT scan respectively. All data were reconstructed to 2.5mm layer thickness and 1.3 mm interval images were evaluated by four radiologists who had been unanimously approved by the standards for image quality evaluation, respectively, and the best low-dose scanning conditions based on the guaranteed image quality were discussed. The results of the choice of 10mm layer thickness, 10mm interval, 120kV, 50mA as the best scanning conditions for low-dose scanning. Conclusion 120kV, 50mA low-dose scanning can not only ensure the image quality of pharyngeal lesions, but also reduce the patient’s exposure dose.
