岩溶在我国南方广泛分布,基础设计及施工上均有较大难度,特别是在隐伏性岩溶地区。预应力管桩基础因避免了高风险的成孔过程,且施工进度快,经济上也有一定优势,近年来针对一些低层、多层及小高层建筑得到了较多的应用,但管桩基础也有它的局限性和缺点,岩溶地区地质条件复杂多变,针对不同的情况,预应力管桩也有不同的施工工艺和质量保证措施,文中综合论述预应力管桩基础在岩溶地区的适用条件及应用效果。
