目的探讨广西桂林市2000—2009年道路交通伤害(RTI)死亡的地理分布和集中趋势,为预防和减少RTI的发生提供科学依据。方法以桂林市电子地图为背景,利用ArcGIS 9.2地统计分析模块中的反距离加权(IDW)插值法绘制桂林市RTI死亡的分布地图。结果 2000—2009年桂林市秀峰区、叠彩区、象山区、七星区和雁山区发生RTI合计3 603次,死亡506例,受伤2 911例,直接经济损失为1 011.2万元;2000—2008年每年发生RTI次数均以象山区最多,2009年以七星区最多;2000—2004年桂林市RTI造成的死亡人数以雁山区和象山区最多;2005—2006年以叠彩区、象山区和雁山区较多;2007—2009年以七星区、象山区和雁山区较多;2000—2009年桂林市RTI死亡人数分布的IDW插值结果表明,RTI导致的死亡人数以雁山区最多,其次为象山区。结论 2000—2009年桂林市RTI导致的死亡人数以雁山区最多;IDW插值法制图结果较为可信。
Objective To investigate the geographical distribution and central tendency of road traffic injuries (RTI) deaths in Guilin, Guangxi during 2000-2009, and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and reduction of RTI occurrence. Methods Taking Guilin electronic map as the background, the distribution map of RTI death in Guilin was drawn by inverse distance weighted (IDW) interpolation in ArcGIS 9.2 statistical analysis module. Results In 2000-2009, there were 3 603 RTIs in Xiufeng District, Diecai District, Xiangshan District, Qixing District and Yanshan District in Guilin City. There were 506 deaths and injuries, of which 2 911 were injured. The direct economic loss was 11.22 million yuan. In 2000-2008, The number of occurrences of RTI every year is the highest in Xiangshan District and the highest in Qixing District in 2009; the death toll of RTI in Guilin City in 2000-2004 is the highest in Yanshan District and Xiangshan District; from 2005 to 2006, There are more mountainous areas in 2007-2009, such as Qixing District, Xiangshan District and Yanshan District; IDW interpolation results of distribution of RTI death toll in Guilin in 2000-2009 show that the number of deaths caused by RTI is the highest in Yanshan District, followed by Xiangshan District . Conclusion The death toll of RTI in Guilin City was the highest in Yanshan District from 2000 to 2009. The IDW interpolation method was more credible.
