长期以来,我国县级土壤分析室由于缺少土壤、肥料、植株分析仪器。只能以老式光电比色计、火焰光度计等常用实验仪器代用,普遍存在分析项目过少、土样前处理手段落后、土壤分析精度差等问题,远远不能满足各地因土施肥、测土施肥、改良土壤及开展植株微量元素分析测试的需要.为了改变这一状况,南京土壤仪器研究所承担了研制科学测土施肥系统的攻关课题,并获得成功.实现了测试土样的机械化和小型电脑化,从土样风干、磨碎、过筛到浸提、上机测试、数据处理,形成了一个完整、迅速的测试过程,其效率比以前的常用仪器提高10倍以上. 这一成果现已通过有关专家的验收鉴定,并将投人小批量生产.
