在信息化飞速发展的大背景下,高校图书馆面临着人员缩减、信息资源多样化、智能化设备和系统不断更新带来的一系列问题。业务外包工作可以提高各个部门的工作及服务效率,满足高校读者日益增长的信息需求。通过查询近5年高校图书馆业务外包工作的文献,考察了高校图书馆业务外包工作的主要方式,以中国政法大学图书馆的编目业务外包为例,分析在实施过程中存在的问题,提出了改进意见。
Under the background of the rapid development of informationization, the university library faces a series of problems brought about by the reduction of personnel, the diversification of information resources, and the continuous updating of intelligent equipment and systems. Outsourcing can improve the efficiency of work and services in various departments and meet the growing information needs of university readers. By inquiring into the literature of the library outsourcing in the recent 5 years, this paper examines the main ways of the library outsourcing in the university.
