目的观察电针联合远红外线照射对小儿脑瘫的治疗效果。方法 60例诊断明确的小儿脑瘫患儿随机分为两组。治疗组采用电针联合远红外线照射,同时给予运动、导平、肌痉挛、头针及穴位注射等综合治疗,1次/d,20d为1疗程,休息7d行下1疗程,共治疗3~4疗程;对照组只给予运动、导平、肌痉挛、头针及穴位注射等常规治疗,治疗方法及疗程同治疗组。结果治疗组总有效率96.7%(58/60),对照组总有效率83.3%(50/60),差异明显(p<0.05)。结论电针联合远红外线照射结合综合治疗对小儿脑瘫的治疗效果优于单纯运动、导平、肌痉挛、头针及穴位注射等常规治疗。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of electroacupuncture combined with far-infrared radiation on children with cerebral palsy. Methods Sixty children with diagnosed childhood cerebral palsy were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with electro-acupuncture combined with far-infrared radiation. At the same time, it was given comprehensive treatment such as exercise, level-ping, muscle spasm, scalp acupuncture and acupoint injection. One course of treatment was given once a day for 20 days, 4 treatment; control group only given exercise, guide level, muscle spasm, scalp acupuncture points and other conventional treatment, treatment and treatment with the treatment group. Results The total effective rate was 96.7% (58/60) in the treatment group and 83.3% (50/60) in the control group, with significant difference (p <0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus far-infrared radiation combined with comprehensive treatment of children with cerebral palsy treatment effect is better than simple exercise, guide level, muscle spasm, scalp acupuncture and other routine treatment.
