目的：观察葛芪口服液治疗视网膜动脉阻塞的疗效。方法：视网膜动脉阻塞住院患者62例（62只眼）随机分为两级，观察组服葛芪口服液治疗，对照组用葛根素注射液静脉点滴治疗。以治疗前后的视力，视野改变评定疗效。结果：总有效率观察组为55％，对照组为84％，两组对此差异有显著性，对照组优于观察组。治疗后对数视力两组均有提高，与治疗前比较差异均有权显著性；而两组间对此，对照组亦优于观察组，差异有显著性。结论：用葛芪口服液治疗视网膜动脉阻塞有效，可作为用葛根素注射液静点治疗之补充。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of Ge Qi Oral Liquid in the treatment of retinal artery occlusion. Methods: 62 patients (62 eyes) with retinal artery occlusion were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with Ge Qi Oral Liquid and the control group with puerarin injection intravenously. Before and after treatment of visual acuity, visual field change assessment of efficacy. Results: The total effective rate was 55% in the observation group and 84% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups, while the control group was superior to the observation group. After treatment, logarithmic visual acuity increased in both groups, and the difference was significant before treatment; while the two groups, the control group is also superior to the observation group, the difference was significant. CONCLUSION: The treatment of retinal artery occlusion with Ge Qi oral solution is effective and can be used as a supplement to the intravenous injection of puerarin injection.
