企业内部市场已经成为组织变革的主要形式之一,对企业管理理论及实践都具有重要的影响。本文首先指出企业内部市场是内部资源配置机制、协调内部经济活动的组织手段和内部顾客;然后根据内部市场主体之间的合作、竞争行为关系,将企业内部市场划分为简单型、合作主导型、竞争主导型和复合型四种结构类型;最后从市场失灵的角度分析和阐述了企业内部市场的协调范围。
The internal market of enterprises has become one of the main forms of organizational change and has an important influence on the theory and practice of business management.
