目的:观察过滤前后的灯盏细辛注射液加入不同输液中的微粒变化情况。方法:利用微粒分析仪测定灯盏细辛注射液经过滤、不过滤分别加入0.9%氯化钠注射液,5%葡萄糖注射液,10%葡萄糖注射液中混合后的微粒。结果:灯盏细辛注射液中含有大量微粒,各混合输液中微粒显著增长,且增长数目因输液种类及药液加入方法不同,差异较大。过滤后加入输液中的微粒数目较不过滤的明显降低。结论:临床应用灯盏细辛注射液时,应将灯盏细辛注射液过滤后加入0.9%氯化钠注射液中使用。
Objective: To observe the changes of the particles of Erigeron Breviscapus injection before and after filtration in different infusions. Methods: The Erigeron Breviscapus injection was determined by the particle analyzer, but the mixed particles were not filtered by 0.9% sodium chloride injection, 5% glucose injection and 10% glucose injection respectively. Results: Erigeron breviscapus injection contains a large number of particles, the mixed infusion significantly increased the number of particles, and the number of growth due to the type of infusion and liquid into the different methods, the difference is greater. After filtration, the number of particles added to the infusion was significantly lower than that without filtration. Conclusion: When Erigeron Breviscapus Injection is used clinically, Erigeron Breviscapus injection should be filtered and added to 0.9% sodium chloride injection.
