本文通过对加工过程的分析,计算得到了不同切削条件下刀具前刀面应力分布的具体表达式;利用有限元方法计算了二维切削时刀具各点的应力分布,初步探讨了不同切削条件对刀具中应力分布的影响。在计算的基础上,提出了刀具前刀面与切屑分离点附近压应力较为突出的原因是由于外载荷变化梯度较大所引起的看法。
In this paper, through the analysis of the machining process, the concrete expression of the rake face stress distribution under different cutting conditions is calculated.
