利用人单核细胞表面有纤维连接蛋白受体的特点,我们建立了一种分离、纯化人外周血单核细胞的方法,该法制备的细胞悬液单核细胞占97%以上,纯度明显优于Ficoll-Hypaque密度梯度离心法。单核细胞获得率近5倍于传统粘附法,且细胞活性保持在97%以上,是一种分离单核细胞的简单而有效的方法。
Using the characteristics of human mononuclear cell surface fibronectin receptors, we established a method for the isolation and purification of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. The mononuclear cells prepared by this method accounted for 97% Ficoll-Hypaque density gradient centrifugation. Monocyte yield is nearly 5 times higher than that of the traditional adhesion method, and the cell activity is maintained at above 97%, which is a simple and effective method for isolating mononuclear cells.
