马俊才 济南钢铁总厂厂长,山东省劳动模范,全国“五一”劳动奖章获得者。任职九年间济南的钢产量增长2.4倍,利税年递增29.6％,固定资产原值增长7倍。在全国58个钢铁企业中,效益水平连续6年保持前三名,被列入全国500家最佳经济效益企业之一。马俊才崇尚“事在人为”的信念,提出了“潜力就在困难之中,效益就在困难之中、济钢人只有在战胜困难中才能充分显示自己的聪明和才干”的辩证观点。
