贾家堡铁矿原设计为单一露天开采,由于周边环境发生变化,仍维持单一露天开采在该矿已根本行不通,针对以往设计情况并结合采场现状,对贾家堡铁矿的合理开采方式重新进行研究论证。单一露天开采或单一地下开采都不适合该矿的实际,提出以地下开采为主调整露天采场为辅的联合开采方式的新思路。论述了该矿露天转地下的必要性,通过论证和经济比较,确定规划了露天开采的境界和露天底标高,阐明了该矿地下开采的采矿方法为无底柱分段崩落法,解决了该矿在采矿工艺中的难题。
