目的:观察高原康胶囊对人体在高原环境下运动前后脉搏的影响。方法:将50例健康战士按体重随机分为高原康组和空白对照组,其中高原康组25例,对照组25例。分别于给药前、给药后150min、100m冲刺跑后0min、15min、30min、45min时测定两组的脉搏。结果:两组脉搏在给药前没有显著性差别(P>0.05),在给药150min后及运动后0min、15min、30min、45min高原康组脉搏均低于对照组(P<0.001)。高原康组脉搏在给药150min后降低,运动后0min时升至最高点,之后逐渐降低,运动后30min低于给药前。结论:高原康胶囊能改善机体缺氧症状,提高人体对高原缺氧的适应性。
Objective: To observe the effect of Gao Yuan Kang Capsule on the pulse of human body before and after exercise in the plateau environment. Methods: Fifty healthy fighters were randomly divided into two groups according to body weight: healthy control group (25 cases) and control group (25 cases). The pulse of two groups were measured before administration, 150min after administration, 0min, 15min, 30min, 45min after 100m sprint. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups before administration (P> 0.05). The pulse of highland group was lower than that of the control group after 150min and 0min, 15min, 30min and 45min after exercise (P <0.001). The plateau Kang suppression pulse decreased 150min after administration, rose to the highest point at 0min after exercise, and then gradually decreased 30min after exercise was lower than before administration. Conclusion: Gao Yuan Kang Capsule can improve the symptoms of hypoxia and improve the body’s adaptability to high altitude hypoxia.
