我国工程机械已是具有相当规模的支柱产业,可生产16大类、150个系列、3000多个品种的各类工程机械产品。2003年工程机械行业更是突破总销量千亿元大关,而且已经开始有越来越多的社会资金正在向这个行业聚拢,工程机械成为民营资本、外资企业、合资企业聚集最多的产业之一,似乎显示了这块市场有着良好的预期。但10.53亿美元的出口,占全国机电产品出口总额的0.47％的份额,又似乎和国内市场的火爆有点不搭调。看着这内外两重天,本刊和中国机电产品进出口商会工程农机分会林承桢先生探寻了几个关心的问题。
