在仪表零件中,有一些轴类零件,在它们的中部,直径尺寸比其他部分大,有的甚至大两倍以上。这类零件我们简称它为轴问宽凸缘零件,例如图1所示。这类零件向来采取车削加工,浪费很多材料,车去的废料常常比零件还重得多。特别是不锈钢零件,车削较困难,工时也消耗得多。为了实现少无切屑加工工艺,我校与有关单位协作,将这类零件预先经过温镦成形,可以大大提高技术经济指标。现就试验过程及其工艺结合图1所示零件介绍如下。这个零件的材料为10r18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢。轴间宽凸缘直径φ22_(-0.1)毫米,轴的直
In instrument components, there are some shaft parts, in their middle, the diameter size larger than the other parts, and some even more than twice as large. We call this kind of parts for short shaft flange parts, such as shown in Figure 1. Such parts have always been turning, waste a lot of material, the car to the scrap is often much heavier than the parts. Especially stainless steel parts, turning more difficult, working hours are also much more. In order to achieve less non-chip processing technology, our school and the relevant units in collaboration with such parts pre-warmed upsetting, can greatly improve the technical and economic indicators.
