引言近几年来,合金中添加稀土的生产及研究工作已有显著地进展,例如电热合金铁铬铝,添加稀土后的寿命值大大提高。该合金经电渣提纯后,快涑寿命值由不加稀土的160小时提高到323.5小时。其最佳稀土残余量为0.035~0.075%。为了进一步稳定合金中稀土的残余量,合理地利用返回渣,需了解稀土元素在提纯过程中的烧损规律及其在合金与渣中的平衡关系。因此,对于进行炉渣中的稀土分析就具有重要的意义。炉渣中稀土元素的分析,一般资料介绍较少。本文就电渣炉炉渣中稀土元素总量的分析方法进行了一些初步的研究,提出炉渣中稀土元素总量的测定方法。
Introduction In recent years, the production of rare earth alloys and research work has made significant progress, for example, electric iron chromium aluminum, rare earth added after the life value greatly increased.
