本文采用低剂量５－ＦＵ结膜下注射配合眼球按摩治疗７例８眼青光眼滤过手术后的滤过功能不良。注射时间选择在术后一周到一个月，在滤过泡旁结膜下注射，后即在裂隙灯观察下进行眼球按摩。术前眼压为２．８－４．０ｋｐａ，平均为３．４ｋｐａ。注射后眼压为１．５－２．８ｋｐａ，平均为２．２ｋｐａ，注射后眼压下降平均天数为４．８天。全部病例均未发现有角膜上皮损害情况。
In this paper, low-dose 5-FU subconjunctival injection with ocular massage treatment of 7 cases of 8 glaucoma filtration filtration dysfunction. Injection time to choose one week to one month after surgery, in the subconjunctival filtration next to the peritubular bubble, after that in the slit lamp under eyeball massage. Preoperative intraocular pressure was 2.8-4.0kpa, with an average of 3.4kpa. Intraocular pressure after injection of 1.5-2.8kpa, with an average of 2.2kpa, after injection of intraocular pressure to reduce the average number of days to 4.8 days. No cases of corneal epithelial lesions were found in all cases.
