作为橡胶混炼设备,混炼机在橡胶工业和轮胎工业占主导地位已经一个多世纪。切向式转子和啮合式转子是密炼机的两个基本设计。近十年来,为了解决地球环境问题,已经开发出白炭黑/硅烷补强轮胎胎面胶之类的新材料和新配方。为了提高胶料性能,必须优化各种填充剂在密炼机中密炼的分布和分散。特别是在混炼中的温度控制对控制配合剂的反应和减少在生产中的补充混炼步骤显得越来越重要。因此,为了获得所需的胶料性能,啮合式转子密炼机引人注目。本文对有关啮合式转子密炼机与切向式转子密炼机之间的对比所做的各种研究进行了介绍。啮合式转子密炼机的主要优点是它们较高的冷却和混炼效率。因此,为了提高混炼性能,已经研制出具有现代化转子的啮合式转子密炼机。
As a rubber compounding equipment, mixers have dominated the rubber and tire industries for more than a century. Tangential and intermeshing rotors are two basic designs of mixer. In the recent decade, new materials and new formulations such as silica / silane-reinforced tire tread compounds have been developed to address the global environmental issues. In order to improve the rubber compound, it is necessary to optimize the distribution and dispersion of various fillers in the mixer. In particular, temperature control during compounding is increasingly important for controlling the reaction of the complexing agent and for reducing the amount of additional compounding during production. Therefore, a meshing rotor mixer attracts attention in order to obtain the desired compound properties. This article presents various studies on the comparison between meshing rotor mixers and tangential rotor mixing machines. The main advantage of meshing rotor mixers is their high cooling and mixing efficiency. Therefore, in order to improve the kneading performance, a mesh rotor type internal mixer with a modern rotor has been developed.
