自2010年8月临床路径信息系统在我院开始全面实施以来,临床路径相关各方在不断磨合中前进。迄今为止,临床路径系统在我院已历经3年有余的打磨,日趋成熟。在这3年多的时间里,我们的实施工作一直围绕着一对主要矛盾进行。这对主要矛盾就是医生的便捷使用与医院精细化规范化管理之间的矛盾。集中精力,解决最主要矛盾,是一件事情能否取得成功的关键。我们从临床路径系统设计之初就考虑到主要矛盾的调和问题,接下来在路径的管理环节、执行环节均围绕这一主题展开工作。
Since clinical path information system started to be fully implemented in our hospital in August 2010, all parties involved in the clinical pathway have been moving forward continuously. So far, clinical pathway system in our hospital has gone through more than 3 years of grinding, maturing. In these three years and more, our implementation has been revolving around a major contradiction. This is the main contradiction between the doctor’s convenient use and standardized management of the refinement of the hospital contradiction. Concentrating on and resolving the most important conflicts is the key to the success of a matter. From the very beginning of the design of the clinical pathway system, we took into account the major contradictions and reconcile problems. Next, we carried out the work around this topic in the management and the implementation of the pathway.
