随着高校扩招的步伐,中国的民办高等教育也如雨后春笋一般脱颖而出。与传统的“体制内”高校学生不同,独立学院和“三本”高校的学生有其独特的思维和行为习惯。本文从民办高校英语专业核心课程教学的现状出发,以英语语言学的课堂教学为例,针对目前普遍存在的问题,以实验教学的考核数据为实证支撑,说明以自主学习为主要特征的翻转课堂在理论性较强的英语专业课中的教学效果和必要性,为“互联网+”时代的电化网络教学提出自己的见解。
