目的对比分析普通X线胸片与计算机X线胸片对尘肺患者的诊断价值。方法 321例患者分别进行普通X线胸片与计算机X线胸片检查,比较两种检查方法对尘肺的检出率以及拍片质量的差距。结果普通X线胸片检查,对尘肺检出了2例,检出率达0.62%(2/321);计算机X线胸片对尘肺检出了9例,检出率为2.80%(9/321)。计算机X线胸片的检出率显著高于普通X线胸片检查,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.532,P<0.05)。普通X线胸片检查,321例患者中,一级片173例、二级片80例、三级片61例、废片7例;计算机X线胸片夹层,一级片261例、二级片41例、三级片19例、废片0例,两组废片率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.077,P<0.05)。结论普通X线胸片与计算机X线胸片均能对尘肺做出初步诊断,但相比而言,计算机X线胸片检出率较高,拍片质量较好。
Objective To compare and analyze the diagnostic value of common chest X-ray and computerized chest X-ray in patients with pneumoconiosis. Methods A total of 321 patients were examined by X-ray and computerized X-ray. The detection rate of pneumoconiosis and the difference of film quality between the two methods were compared. Results Two cases of pneumoconiosis were found in common chest X-ray examination and the detection rate was 0.62% (2/321). Nine cases of pneumoconiosis were detected by computerized radiography and the detection rate was 2.80% (9 / 321). The detection rate of computer X-ray was significantly higher than that of plain X-ray, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 4.532, P <0.05). Of the 321 patients, there were 173 cases of first grade, 80 cases of second grade, 61 third grade and 7 scrapped pieces. Computed radiography, 261 first grade, There were 41 cases in the film, 19 cases in the third grade and 0 in the waste piece. There was significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 7.077, P <0.05). Conclusion The common X-ray and computer X-ray can make a preliminary diagnosis of pneumoconiosis, but in comparison, the detection rate of computer X-ray is higher and the quality of film is better.
