京津冀地区水资源严重短缺,海河流域本身无力解决.近期引黄是解决京津冀地区及沿线水资源不足的可靠途径。本文首先分析了当前黄河流域水资源供需平衡状况提出了引黄调水适宜时段和近期调水规模。在此基础上进行了白坡调水路线和渠首枢纽方案的选择,最后对白坡调水的可行性提出了初步评价. 文章最后的结论是近期引黄水量是可靠的,技术上是可行的,经济上是合理的因此建议有关部门及早决策早日开工以满足京津及沿线地区工农业生产迅速发展和经济上翻两番的要求。 Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, a serious shortage of water resources, the Hai Basin itself inability to resolve the recent Yellow River is to solve the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and along the water-less reliable way. This paper first analyzes the current balance of supply and demand of water resources in the Yellow River Basin proposed Yellow River water diversion appropriate period and the recent water transfer scale. On the basis of this, the options of Baihe water diversion route and canal head project are put forward, and finally the preliminary evaluation is made on the feasibility of water diversion in Bai Po.The conclusion of the paper is that the recent Yellow River water diversion is reliable and technically feasible , So it is economically reasonable to suggest that the departments concerned start early as soon as possible in order to meet the rapid industrial development and economic quadruples in Beijing, Tianjin and other areas along the line.
