针对目前现代学徒制实施过程中存在的问题,分析学徒制实施过程的要素和策略。以金华职业技术学院“四方选择、三段结合、双线管理”的现代学徒制为案例,提出在预约就业基础上的学校、企业、学徒、师傅互选方式,建立分散式现代学徒制实施机制;设置岗位基础训练、专项技能训练、岗位综合训练三段递进的教学组织,使学校学习与企业学习在内容和进度上有机结合;建立系统的学徒制管理评价制度,保障实施过程的有效性与长效性。
In view of the problems existing in the implementation of modern apprentice system, the author analyzes the elements and tactics of apprenticeship implementation process. Taking the case of modern apprenticeship system of Jinhua College of Vocational Technology, “Quartet selection, three sections combination and two lines management”, this paper proposes a method of selecting schools, enterprises, apprentices and masters based on appointment and establishing a decentralized modern apprenticeship system Implementation mechanism; set up post basic training, special skills training, post comprehensive training three progressive teaching organization, so that the school learning and business learning in the content and progress of organic integration; establish a system of apprenticeship management evaluation system to protect the implementation process Effectiveness and long-term effectiveness.
