中职学校“双师型”教师队伍培养模式探讨——河源市卫生学校检验专业“一对一”构建模式研究

“双师型”教师是职业学校师资队伍的核心力量。为探讨卫生职业学校“双师型”师资队伍的建设,提高办学质量,学校开展了卫生职教“双师型”队伍建设“一对一”构建模式课题的研究,并获得了卫生职业教育教学指导委员会立项。本题目是其中的一个子课题,其中“一对一”的内涵是指河源市卫生学校医学检验专业教师与当地医疗卫生机构医学检验技术人员结成对子,共同完成学校医学检验专业的教学任务和临床工作任务。 “Double teacher ” teacher is the core force of the professional school teachers.
