目的 :探讨羟基磷灰石义眼胎在眼部整容术中的应用 ,Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期手术植入的适应症。方法 :回顾总结 1996年元月～ 1998年元月 2 3例行眼内容物取出或眼球摘除术病例 ,采取Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期羟基磷灰石肌圆锥内植入。结果 :2 3例术后均无感染发生。 19例义眼胎活动度良好、美容效果满意 ,2例术后上睑下垂 ,1例术后义眼胎脱位。结论 :羟基磷灰石义眼胎植入为一种理想的眼畸形综合症的矫正方法 ,Ⅰ期植入可避免眼畸形的发生 ,并可达到以假乱真的美容效果
Objective: To investigate the application of hydroxyapatite eyelid in ocular plastic surgery and the indications of stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ surgical implantation. Methods: A retrospective review of January 1996 to January 1998 23 cases of intraocular lens removal or enucleation cases, to stage Ⅰ, Ⅱ hydroxyapatite muscular condylar implantation. Results: No infection occurred in 23 cases. 19 cases of fetal eye movement good, cosmetic satisfactory, 2 cases of postoperative ptosis, 1 case of fetal eye dislocation. CONCLUSION: Hydroxyapatite iliotomy implantation is an ideal method for the correction of ocular deformity syndrome. Stage Ⅰ implantation can avoid the occurrence of ocular deformity and achieve cosmetic effects with false realities
