文章采用共沉淀法制备了Ru/ZrO2.xH2O催化剂对丙酸甲酯进行加氢反应研究,并用XRD和XPS对反应前后催化剂进行了表征。考察了催化剂制备时机械搅拌速度、沉淀剂的种类、沉淀时溶液PH值、催化剂灼烧温度及金属担载量等因素对Ru/ZrO2.xH2O催化性能影响。结果表明,增加搅拌速度、选择合适的沉淀剂以及Ru担载量能够明显提高催化剂加氢活性,而加大沉淀时溶液PH和升高催化剂灼烧温度则对催化剂性能有抑制作用。
In this paper, Ru / ZrO2.xH2O catalyst was prepared by coprecipitation method for the hydrogenation of methyl propionate. The catalysts before and after the reaction were characterized by XRD and XPS. The effects of mechanical stirring speed, type of precipitating agent, pH value of precipitating solution, catalyst burning temperature and metal loading on catalytic performance of Ru / ZrO2.xH2O catalyst were investigated. The results showed that increasing the stirring speed, selecting the suitable precipitant and loading of Ru could obviously improve the hydrogenation activity of the catalyst, while increasing the pH of the solution and increasing the burning temperature of the catalyst inhibited the catalyst performance.
