矿山运输电机车动力电机工作在恶劣的矿井条件下,其质量对电机车安全运行有直接影响,而负载性能是衡量电机质量的核心技术指标。针对动力电机负载性能进行试验研究,提出并建立了交流回馈加载试验系统,并利用LabVIEW软件实现数据的自动采集。试验结果显示,本系统加载稳定性好,加载精度高,节能效果明显,节能率可达到70%以上,目前已在检测实验室得到了应用,且具有较好的应用前景。
The power motor of mine transport electric locomotive works under the bad mine conditions, its quality has a direct impact on the safe operation of electric locomotive, and the load performance is the core technical index to measure the motor quality. Aiming at the experimental research on the load performance of power motor, an AC feedback loading test system is put forward and set up, and the automatic data acquisition is realized by LabVIEW software. The test results show that the system has good loading stability, high loading accuracy and obvious energy-saving effect, and the energy-saving rate can reach more than 70%. At present, the system has been applied in testing laboratories and has good application prospects.
