近年来发现一些皮肤病如黑棘皮病、银屑病伴有高血压、糖尿病、肥胖等代谢性疾病。这些代谢性疾病组成了代谢综合征(MS)症候群,胰岛素抵抗(IR)是其主要的发病机制。IR是否也参与了这些皮肤病的发病过程,目前已有部分文献报道。本文主要就IR的发生机制及其与皮肤病相关研究进展做简要综述。 In recent years found that some skin diseases such as acanthosis nigricans, psoriasis associated with hypertension, diabetes, obesity and other metabolic diseases.
