在社会思潮下,医院工作人员的思想逐渐出现多元变化。针对工作分配、工资分配、岗位设置、人员聘用等问题,若医院没有进行妥善处理及安排,就会增加工作人员的不满情绪,为医院管理工作带来较大的难度。因此,就需要加强医院的思想政治工作,通过细化管理,形成长效管理机制,有效解决医院管理过程中存在的矛盾,营造一个积极向上的工作氛围,提高医院的服务水平、医疗水平。
Under the social ideological trend, the thinking of hospital staff gradually appears multiple changes. In view of such issues as job distribution, salary distribution, job setting and staff recruitment, if the hospital fails to properly handle and arrange it, it will increase staff dissatisfaction and bring greater difficulty to hospital management. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the ideological and political work of the hospital. By refining the management and forming a long-term management mechanism, we can effectively solve the contradictions in the hospital management process, create a positive and progressive working atmosphere and improve the service and medical care of the hospital.
