战争赔偿是加害国应尽的义务和责任,是受害国的当然权利。中华民族因1931～1945年日本的侵华战争,遭受了空前巨大的灾难,然而却没有得到应有的赔偿。其原因何在?文章在梳理抗战损失调查与战后索赔历史经纬的基础上,分析索赔未果的原因与责任,透视赔偿遗留问题产生的影响,理性看待与之相连的当今中日关系。
War reparations are the obligations and responsibilities that the harming state should fulfill and are the ex-officio rights of the victimized country. As a result of Japan’s invasion of China from 1931 to 1945, the Chinese nation suffered an unprecedented catastrophe but failed to receive due compensation. On the basis of combing the investigation of war losses and the history of post-war claims, the article analyzes the causes and liabilities of unsuccessful claims, seeks compensation for the impact of the remaining problems and rationally views the present Sino-Japanese relations.
