设计了一套电厂燃煤自动配比系统,由变频器、给料机、流量测量和计算机控制4部分组成。2种物料流量由同一输送带上的2套核子秤装置完成测量,配料的下料量根据设定配比率采用电机变频调速控制,探测器采用了自动稳峰电路,精度和稳定性均有提高。此系统构成闭环自控,可达到预定的配比率,而且原煤与石灰石同步进入粉碎机前的储料仓,保证了煤石混合均匀。
A set of coal-fired automatic matching system of power plant is designed, which is composed of frequency converter, feeder, flow measurement and computer control. 2 kinds of material flow from the same conveyor belt on the 2 sets of nuclear scale device to complete the measurement, the amount of ingredients under the provisions of the ratio of the motor frequency control using motor speed, the detector uses a self-stabilizing circuit, precision and stability are improve. The system constitutes a closed-loop automatic control, can reach the predetermined ratio, and the raw coal and limestone simultaneously into the crusher before the storage silo to ensure uniform mixing of coal.
