本文从理论上分析了对苯二甲酸和乙二醇于非均相反应过程和均相反应过程的动力学,得出了相应的速度式。由实验数据进行验证,结果与推导式相符合。并根据Arrhenius公式分别求出零级反应和二级反应的表观活化能。本实验数据的整理及所得曲线的拟合均采用电子计算机处理,其结果有一定的准确性。可作为酯化反应器设计与生产控制时参考。
In this paper, the kinetics of terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol in heterogeneous reaction and homogeneous reaction are theoretically analyzed, and the corresponding velocity formula is obtained. Validated by experimental data, the results are consistent with the derivation. According to the Arrhenius formula, the apparent activation energy of the zero-order reaction and the second-order reaction were calculated respectively. The experimental data and the fitting of the obtained curves are processed by electronic computer, the result has a certain accuracy. Can be used as esterification reactor design and production control reference.
