This article relates to the crucible refractory refractory metal heat treatment and regional metallurgy designed experimental metallurgical equipment related issues. A 10 kW electron beam gun is used as the heater. The unit was pumped from atmospheric to a vacuum of 10-10 torr with a cryogenic pump only. Wells especially note the pumping of hydrogen. This paper also experiments on the characteristics of helium adsorption and condensation cryogenic pump with pumping efficiency up to 104 L / s. It has been found that the liquid helium consumption of the adsorption pump is 40 to 50 cm 3 / hr, whereas the liquid helium consumption of the condensate pump is 7 cm 3 / hr. Practice has proved that with cold to 2.3K surface of the condensate pump, the application seems to be the most effective.
