目的:探讨不同三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的效果与幽门螺杆菌根治情况。方法:选取2009年1月～2011年2月我院门诊收治的消化性溃疡患者52例,平均分为两组,进行不同的三联药物治疗,对治疗结果进行分析。结果:观察组溃疡愈合率和总有效率与对照组相比,均显著提高(P<0.05)。观察组Hp根除率比对照组显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:洛赛克三联疗法能够有效提高消化性溃疡的愈合率及疗效,具有良好的临床价值。
Objective: To investigate the effect of different triple therapy on peptic ulcer and the cure of Helicobacter pylori. Methods: 52 patients with peptic ulcer admitted to our hospital from January 2009 to February 2011 were selected and divided into two groups. The patients were treated with different triple drugs and the treatment results were analyzed. Results: The healing rate and total effective rate of ulcer in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Hp eradication rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Losec triple therapy can effectively improve the healing rate and curative effect of peptic ulcer, and has good clinical value.
