音乐学科跟进式同课优构教学,是对同一教学内容进行反复调整、优化、提升的教研方式,有别于同课异构。它以“理论学习、专题研究、实践跟进、反思改进”为指导思想,一般采用“教学实践→反思诊断→整合优化→跟进教学→提高总结”的程序,通过教师反思、同伴互助、专家引领,使音乐课堂教学质量不断提高,教师教学水平不断提升。
