目的研究左氧氟沙星治疗宫颈炎的临床治疗效果。方法采用回顾分析法,选取我院2011年采用左氧氟沙星联合复方沙棘籽油栓治疗的宫颈炎患者50例,分析其临床治疗效果以及治疗后的不良反映情况。结果经治疗,50例患者中临床治愈23例,显效13例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率为98%;有2例患者出现了食欲不振、下腹不适、恶心、呕吐等不良反应。结论左氧氟沙星治疗宫颈炎具有良好的临床治疗效果,且不良反应较少。 Objective To study the clinical effect of levofloxacin in the treatment of cervicitis. Methods The retrospective analysis method was used to select 50 cases of cervicitis patients treated with levofloxacin combined with compound seabuckthorn seed oil suppository in our hospital in 2011. The clinical effect and the adverse reaction after treatment were analyzed. Results After treatment, 23 cases were clinically cured in 50 cases, 13 cases were markedly effective, 3 cases were effective, 1 case was ineffective and the total effective rate was 98%. There were 2 cases of adverse reactions such as loss of appetite, lower abdominal discomfort, nausea and vomiting . Conclusion Levofloxacin treatment of cervicitis has a good clinical effect, and fewer adverse reactions.
