本文主要讨论螺旋压力机基础振动的数学模型及其解。建立了螺旋压力机打击运动微分方程,并定义与锻锤相一致的打击参量。结果表明:其基础扭转振动是单自由度的,垂向振动为双自由度,其冲击回弹系数ψ。与打击传动摩擦也有关系;均与锻锤不同。本文的理论解可以直观地解释文献[6]的实验结果。
This paper mainly discusses the mathematical model of screw press vibration and its solution. A screw press differential equation of motion is established, and the hammer parameters consistent with forging hammer are defined. The results show that the fundamental torsional vibration is single degrees of freedom, the vertical vibration is two degrees of freedom, and the impact resilience coefficient ψ. And the fight against friction also have a relationship; are different with forging hammer. The theoretical solution of this paper can intuitively explain the experimental results in [6].
