微机控制技术实验中重点研究的项目是DA转换,AD转换,PID调节器的设计及相关参数的调整。PID控制器实验将DA转换实验和AD转换实验相结合,并加入一个二阶系统作为被控对象,对此二阶系统进行PID调节,调节参数过程中主要使用了归一化参数调整法和试凑法相结合的参数调整方法,可获得一个超调量比较小,调节过程较短的稳定的输出波形。此实验可以锻炼硬件实践和软件编写调试能力,对提高学生对计算机控制技术课程的理解有较大帮助。同时在PID调节器的使用和PID参数的调整对系统的影响等方面都可以得到较好的锻炼。
