讨论了一种应用宽边耦合线技术设计和制造的功率合成器,介绍了其基本应用原理和工作模式。以一种L波段的高功率合成器为例,应用计算机CAD技术进行模拟仿真,并将仿真结果与实测结果进行了对比,结果表明,仿真结果与实测结果相差小于0.3 dB,满足使用要求。讨论了设计方法和实际应用要求之间的关系,并在实际应用中取得了较好的效果。这种功率合成器在高功率合成中,具有插入损耗小、两端口相位和幅值均衡度好、功率容量大、体积小、便于装配和调试的特点,是一种很好的高功率合成方式。
A power synthesizer designed and fabricated using wide-brimmed coupling line technology is discussed. Its basic application principle and working mode are introduced. Taking a L-band high-power synthesizer as an example, a computer simulation of the CAD technology is performed. The simulation results are compared with the measured results. The results show that the difference between the simulation results and the measured results is less than 0.3 dB, which meets the requirements of the application. Discusses the relationship between the design method and the actual application requirements, and has achieved good results in practical application. This kind of power synthesizer has the characteristics of small insertion loss, good phase balance and amplitude balance, large power capacity, small size and easy assembly and debugging in high power synthesis. It is a good high power synthesis method .
