B-50(GAP-43)蛋白是一种神经生长相关蛋白,对于神经发育、外周神经损伤后再生及突触可塑性等过程有重要意义。本组曾报道损伤大鼠尾壳核后B-50 mRNA呈高表达。为探讨生理条件下经过学习记忆练习后与学习记忆相关脑区中B-50 mRNA的表达是否有变化,本实验将雌性成年Wistar大鼠分为实验组、假训组和安静对照组,实验组和假训组训练前禁水,按本组建立的方法,于Y迷宫中对实验组进行饮水奖励空间变换作业训练,假训组亦放入相同的迷宫内任其自由活动,但禁水。每日训练结束后只给动物自由饮水半小时。对照组不禁水亦不置入迷宫内。当实验组的正确反应率达80%以上并保持1周时,将3组动物同时断头 B-50 (GAP-43) protein is a nerve growth-related protein that is important for neural development, regeneration after injury of peripheral nerves and synaptic plasticity.
