研究介绍了一种土壤表面CO2通量原位测定的方法及装置。利用二氧化碳对红外线气体具有特殊吸收、土壤空气与大气间对流和扩散的原理,设计了一条测定土壤表面CO2通量的技术路线进行原位测定。本测定装置由两部分组成:仪器和气体收集容器。用胶管连接仪器和气体收集容器,形成一个闭路系统,即可完成瞬间或某一时间段土壤表面二氧化碳浓度值测量工作,通过公式计算得到通量值。本方法和装置可用于陆地生态系统土壤二氧化碳的释放或吸收的原位测定;用于自然状况下多地点、多样地(点)土壤表面二氧化碳通量测定,具有便携、花费小、简单易操作、直接、快速等优点。
A method and a device for in situ measurement of CO2 flux on soil surface are introduced. Using the principle that carbon dioxide has a special absorption of infrared gas and convection and diffusion between soil air and atmosphere, a technical route to measure the CO2 flux on soil surface was designed for in situ determination. The measuring device consists of two parts: the instrument and the gas collection container. Connect the instrument with the gas collection container with a hose to form a closed-loop system to measure the carbon dioxide concentration on the soil surface at an instant or at a certain time, and calculate the flux value through the formula. The method and the device can be used for the in-situ determination of the release or absorption of carbon dioxide in the terrestrial ecosystem. The method and device are used for the determination of the carbon dioxide flux on the surface of a variety of places (spots) under various conditions in a natural environment.
