目的了解中学生自伤行为及其与心理病理状态和睡眠信念的相关性,为预防和控制中学生自伤行为的发生提供参考。方法分层整群随机抽取安徽省蚌埠市8所中学学生,使用自我伤害问卷、简版睡眠信念和态度量表、青少年亚健康多维评定问卷进行问卷调查。使用SPSS 18.0对数据进行统计分析。结果共发放问卷5 306份,收回有效问卷5 149份,有效回收率为97.0%。调查对象平均年龄(15.06±1.36)岁。中学生自伤行为发生率为32.4%。心理病理状态的发生率为25.6%。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,心理病理状态(OR=2.330)、心理病理状态和性别(OR=1.366)的交互作用对中学生自伤行为有正向预测作用。结论中学生自伤行为报告率较高,且与心理状况密切相关。学校、家庭和社会应共同采取措施,促进中学生的心理健康发展,以达到防控自伤行为发生的目的。
Objective To understand the correlation between self-injury behavior of middle school students and their psychological and pathological status and sleep beliefs, and to provide reference for preventing and controlling the self-injury behaviors of middle school students. Methods A stratified cluster was randomly selected from 8 middle school students in Bengbu, Anhui Province. Questionnaires of Self-Harm Questionnaire, Simple Sleep Beliefs and Attitudes Questionnaire, and Adolescent Sub-health Multidimensional Assessment Questionnaire were used to conduct a questionnaire survey. The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 18.0. Results A total of 5 306 questionnaires were sent out, and 5 149 valid questionnaires were returned. The effective recovery rate was 97.0%. The average age of respondents (15.06 ± 1.36) years. The incidence of self-injury secondary school students was 32.4%. The incidence of psychopathology was 25.6%. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the interaction between psychopathological status (OR = 2.330), psychopathological status and sex (OR = 1.366) had a positive predictive value for self-injury behavior of middle school students. Conclusion The self-injury behavior of middle school students reported a higher rate, and the psychological status is closely related. Schools, families and communities should jointly take measures to promote the mental health of secondary school students in order to achieve the purpose of preventing and controlling self-harm.
