为探明植物生长调节剂劲丰对大麦增产抗倒的功效,以大麦品种西引2号为材料,通过田间试验研究了劲丰对其节间形态、茎秆质量、抗倒性、根系活力、叶绿素含量和产量结构的影响。结果表明:在破口期应用劲丰,可显著缩短大麦穗下节间、第4节间和第5节间长度,使茎秆外径加粗、秆壁加厚,提高节间抗折力,降低弯曲力矩和倒伏指数,进而增强大麦植株抗倒力;同时,劲丰处理可显著提高大麦根系活力、叶绿素含量、千粒重和产量,且降低秕粒数,但对总粒数影响不明显。劲丰对大麦抗倒增产功效与使用浓度有关,其中以浓度3.75 mL.L-1为佳,可使倒伏指数下降12.02%,产量增产13.5%,达到增产与抗倒的双重效果。
