In response to the risk of unwanted pregnancies among adolescents, WHO proposed contraceptive knowledge and access to services for adolescent emergency contraception. Given the greater physical and psychological harms of unmarried female adolescents caused by repeat abortion, we believe that repeated admissions of unmarried female adolescents can be prevented by promoting the use of emergency contraceptive remedies. Based on this, the article analyzes the status of repeated abortion and emergency contraception among unmarried female adolescents, and finds that the main reasons for repeat abortion of unmarried female adolescents are the high proportion of conventional contraception failure and the lower proportion of using emergency contraception, Emergency contraceptives also have a higher percentage of failures. In addition, there is a lack of information on emergency contraception at the hands of repeat abortion of unmarried women and adolescents, and counseling services provided by doctors are the preferred way of looking for information on unmarried women and adolescents. Taken together, technical service personnel providing contraception, including emergency contraception, after unmarried female adolescent abortion should be an important measure to prevent repeated abortion.
