含钒铁水用碳酸钠预处理后的半钢水在100KVA 中频炉上进行了碱性氧气顶吹少渣炼钢实验研究,渣料量为半钢量的1~2%,冶炼过程极平稳,顺利炼成低合金结构钢,钢的各项机械性能都超过部颁标准。在冶炼过程中钒氧化80%以上,磷下降20~30%,硫变化很小。经炉内脱氧后钒又返回一部分到金属,余钒率回升到26%,回磷回硫极少。本文还对热平衡作了分析,提出了碳氧化的升温效果和废钢加入量的简易计算公式。
Semi-molten steel containing vanadium-bearing hot metal pretreated with sodium carbonate was subjected to a basic oxygen-top blowing slag-less steelmaking experiment on a 100KVA intermediate frequency furnace.
