【目的】分析早熟玉米新品种新玉54号产量潜力、耐旱性和耐密性,为科学推广该品种提供依据。【方法】以新疆南疆复播玉米区域试验和多点试验结果为基础,分析采用产量方差分析、多重比较、耐旱和耐密比较等方法。【结果】新玉54号两年复播区域试验平均产量535.9 kg/667m2,比对照新玉9号增产10.7%,增产极显著,复播最高产量780.9 kg/667m2,复播生育期90~93 d,较对照晚熟3 d。北疆春播产量850 kg/667m2,最高产量963.7 kg/667m2,生育期105 d,所需≥10℃有效积温2 400℃。籽粒容重766 g/L,粗蛋白含量9.8%,粗淀粉75.04%,千粒重320 g,硬粒型,金黄色。耐旱指数0.93,达1级极强耐旱水平,较对照高1个耐旱等级。耐密性强,随着密度的增加,产量增加极显著,无倒伏。【结论】新玉54号产量高,增产潜力大,品质优良,耐旱性极强,耐密植、抗倒伏,适合新疆南疆地区复播和北疆冷凉地区春播种植。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to analyze the yield potential, drought tolerance and density tolerance of a new early maize cultivar Xinyu No.54, which provided the basis for the scientific popularization of this cultivar. 【Method】 Based on the regional and multi-point test results of multi-sowing maize in southern Xinjiang, the methods of yield variance analysis, multiple comparisons, drought tolerance and tolerance tolerance were used. 【Result】 The results showed that the average yield of Xinyu 54 was 535.9 kg / 667m2 in the two-year replanning regional trial, which was 10.7% higher than that of Xinyu 9, with a significant increase in yield. The highest yield of replanting was 780.9 kg / 667m2, d, later than the control 3 d. Spring production of northern Xinjiang 850 kg / 667m2, the highest yield of 963.7 kg / 667m2, growth period of 105 d, the required ≥ 10 ℃ effective accumulated temperature 2400 ℃. The grain weight was 766 g / L, crude protein content was 9.8%, crude starch was 75.04%, grain weight was 320 g, durum type and golden yellow. Drought tolerance index 0.93, a level of extreme drought tolerance level, a drought-tolerant level higher than the control. With strong density, with the increase of density, the yield increase is extremely significant, without lodging. 【Conclusion】 Xinyu No.54 had high yield, high potential for yield increase, high quality, strong drought tolerance, good tolerance to close planting and lodging, suitable for replanting in southern Xinjiang and spring sowing in cold northern region.
