该试验选取重金属重度污染稻田进行大田试验,研究3种锰肥(硫酸锰、螯合锰、碳酸锰)及其施用方式(基施T_(Mn)、叶面喷施_(YMn)、基施+叶面喷施T_(Mn)+Y_(Mn))对水稻(Y两优1号)吸收转运镉的影响。研究表明,锰肥能够显著降低稻米中Cd的含量,不同施用方式降Cd效果不同,其中T_(Mn)+Y_(Mn)处理效果最好,T_(Mn)、Y_(Mn)次之。与空白相比,T_(Mn)+Y_(Mn)谷壳和糙米中Cd含量分别降低31.48%~41.20%和24.77%~34.86%,T_(Mn)谷壳和糙米中Cd的含量分别降低10.19%~15.74%和3.67%~12.48%,Y_(Mn)谷壳和糙米中Cd的含量分别降低6.02%~15.28%和5.50%~11.01%。结果表明,无论是组合施用锰肥,还是单施锰肥,都能降低糙米中Cd含量,对治理稻米Cd污染有很好的潜力。
In this experiment, we selected heavy metal contaminated paddy fields for field experiments to study the effects of three manganese fertilizers (manganese sulfate, chelated manganese and manganese carbonate) and their application modes (T_ (Mn), foliar spray (YMn) + T_ (Mn) + Y_ (Mn)) on the uptake and transport of cadmium in rice (Y Liangyou 1). The results showed that manganese fertilizer could significantly reduce the content of Cd in rice, and the effects of different application methods on reducing Cd were different. Among them, T_ (Mn) + Y_ (Mn) was the best, followed by T_ (Mn) and Y_ (Mn). Compared with the blank, the content of Cd in chaff and brown rice decreased 31.48% ~ 41.20% and 24.77% ~ 34.86% respectively, while the contents of Cd in brown rice and brown rice decreased by 10.19 % ~ 15.74% and 3.67% ~ 12.48% respectively. The contents of Cd in rice husk and brown rice decreased by 6.02% ~ 15.28% and 5.50% ~ 11.01%, respectively. The results showed that both the combined application of manganese fertilizer and manganese fertilizer alone could reduce the content of Cd in brown rice and had a good potential for controlling Cd pollution in rice.
