目的对余甘子叶中的没食子酸进行分析研究,建立定性定量分析方法,为余甘子叶的质量标准制定提供方法和依据。方法采用薄层色谱进行定性鉴别;定量方法采用液相色谱测定余甘子叶中没食子酸的含量:以C18柱,流动相:甲醇-0.2%磷酸(3∶97);流速1.0 ml/min;检测波长为269 nm;外标法定量。结果没食子酸在0.23~1.38μg范围内呈线性关系,平均回收率为102.1%(RSD=1.38%);分别对不同产地的样品进行了测定。结论该方法简便、准确,专属性强,重复性、回收率好,可作为余甘子叶药材的质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE To analyze and study the gallic acid in Phyllanthus emblica leaves, establish the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, and provide the methods and basis for the quality standard of Phyllanthus emblica leaves. Methods The TLC method was used for qualitative identification. Quantitative determination of gallic acid in leaves of Phyllanthus emblica by liquid chromatography was performed on a C18 column with a mobile phase of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid (3:97) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml / min. Wavelength of 269 nm; external standard method. Results Gallic acid showed a linear relationship in the range of 0.23-1.38 μg with an average recovery of 102.1% (RSD = 1.38%). Samples from different areas were determined. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, specific, reproducible, and has good recovery rate. It can be used as a quality control method for the preparation of Chinese herbal medicine.
